Bend to the side as much as ‘comfortably possible’. Follow the video as if looking in the mirror. First bend to the left and then bend to the right. Confusing left and right makes no difference to the actual measures, as the software recognises left and right in side bending.
Feet 15 cm apart.
Feet pointing forward.
Thumbs pointing outward.
Feet on the ground. Do not lift the feet.
Knees straight. Do not bend the knees.
