Access the toolbar of Posture Scan to change any feature within Posture Scan by clicking ESC on the keyboard after logging into the software.

Login

Login of posture scan is required upon opening the software.


Start scanning

The conditions and procedure to start scanning can be found under the scanning section.


Logout

To logout from the service click on icon 3 and the dropdown button will show the logout function.


Full screen

To return to full screen mode click on icon 2.


Change Language

Change the language of the Posture scan system by clicking on icon 1.


Login details

To check the login details, the full name and the organisation the person belongs to, click on icon 3.


Change Organisation Unit

If Scanner/Advisor/Analyst is part of multiple organisations, click on icon 4 to change between the different libraries for storing a scan. In most cases, each licensed Provider will only have one library or belong to one Organisational Unit.


Settings

To change the settings of the software, click on icon 5. These can also be managed remotely in Note by the Administrator of an Organisational Unit. The changes are effective after Posture Scan is restarted and connected to the internet.

Update of software

 To update the software to the the latest version, click on icon 6. It is recommended to update the software on a regular basis.


Details about the service

Icon 7 would show the current version of software, the name of the cloud library and the names of third party software associated with Qinematic Posture Scan software.


Identification of problem with Posture Scan

A technical log of events that have occurred with the software. can be found when clicking on icon 8. When there is a problem with the software,  copying the text of the event log and sending to Qinematic support would aid the investigation of the problem.
