The Qinematic Service includes a suite of software (Posture Scan + Movement Lab + Note) and secure cloud storage (Library). The software allows a Health Provider to quickly, safely and securely perform scans, upload and store the data in a cloud library, create and distribute e-documentation, and download scans to a desktop virtual laboratory.

An Organisation is licensed to use Qinematic services. The Administrator of the Organisation decides on what services the Organisation wishes to offer, and the rights that a Provider has to use the service. Providers can subscribe to 3 levels: Scanner, Advisor or Analyst. Each Organisation has its own dedicated secure cloud library where scans, and access is managed using secure authentication.

Organisation A is a health centre that has physical therapists and personal trainers. They scan clients at their facility, as well as at workplaces. The Administrator has decided to make all physical therapists ‘Analysts’ who have access to the 3D scan library through Movement Lab. The Administrator makes all personal trainers ‘Advisors’ who have access to the Summary report library through Note. The Administrator makes the reception staff ‘Scanners’, so they have permission to login and start Posture Scan each day.
Scanners do not have access to the scan library. No external people are authorised to login to any software or to access the library.

Organisation B is a retail wellness company. They sell health and wellness products, and provide a scan as added value to help customers personalise their decisions. An external consultant becomes an Analysts at the Organisation, and is authorised to view scans in their library via Movement Lab, so that he/she can give advice to a customer. The retailer does not do any analysis themselves, but they are in control of the library.

Organisation C is a fitness provider for teams and individuals. They scan their members on a regular basis to help track progress and prevent injury. The trainers become Advisors at the organisation, and can review scan results using the Note webapp. Every couple of months they use an external provider such as physical therapist or sports scientist, who are made Analysts for the months they are active at the club. They can playback the 3D video in Movement Lab.

Provider B is a consultant that gives advice to Organisations that use Posture Scan and have a dedicated scan library. Provider B does not have Posture Scan. Each Organisation can grant Provider B access to a library for any monthly period. The libraries are always separate and access is controlled by their respective Administrators. With their permission only, the authorised Provider can access scans from them independently (library B or C).
